Upcoming Telemarketer Fee Increase

Subscription fees will change October 1, 2026. The new fees will be $85 per area code, up to maximum of $23,425. The first five area codes in a subscription will still be free. Entities may add area codes during the second six months of their annual subscription; the fee for those additional area codes of data increases from $41 to $43.
