The National Do Not Call Registry will be closed on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 from 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. ET in order to conduct system maintenance. During this time, sellers, telemarketers, and service providers will not be able to access their accounts or download telephone numbers.

Telemarketer Fee Increase

Subscription fees will change October 1, 2024. The new fees will be $80 per area code, up to maximum of $22,038. The first five area codes in a subscription will still be free. Entities may add area codes during the second six months of their annual subscription; the fee for those additional area codes of data increases from $39 to $40.
